A popular definition of assembly automation
Informally, refers to the products of several parts assembly by fitting, card buckle, threaded connections, adhesive, riveting, welding together get in accordance with a predetermined size precision and function of the finished products (semi-finished products). 4. Control system of automatic assembly machine
PLC control is usually adopted. The PLC should receive input of various signals and send instructions to the executing agencies. The machine is equipped with various sensors and other signal collectors to monitor the operation of each actuator in the machine, and then the next step of the execution order is issued after judgment. The man-machine interface is used to display the operation of the machine, the running record, and the instruction to the machine by the operator.
